The Short Version
Your Second Turn Games wallet is where your seller earnings land and where refunds are credited. You can use your balance to buy games or withdraw it to your bank account.
Payment Methods
When you buy a game, you can pay with:

How Payment Works at Checkout
- If you have wallet balance, it is applied first
- Any remaining amount is charged to your card or bank
- If your wallet covers the full amount, no card or bank payment is needed
Got €15 in your wallet and buying a €22 game? We will use your €15 wallet balance first, then charge the remaining €9 (including €2 shipping) to your card or bank.
All payments are processed by EveryPay (via Swedbank). Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Seller Earnings
How You Get Paid
- Buyer purchases your game → payment is processed
- You confirm and ship the order
- Buyer receives and checks the game
- 2 days after delivery (or when buyer confirms earlier) → order completes
- Your earnings are credited to your wallet
Sellers pay a 10% platform commission on the item price. See full fee breakdown for details and examples.
We hold the payment while the buyer checks the game. Once the 2-day window passes without issues, your earnings appear in your wallet.
Pending vs Available

Your Wallet Balance
Your wallet shows:
- Available balance — Ready to spend or withdraw
- Pending balance — Earnings waiting for dispute window
- Transaction history — All credits, debits, and withdrawals
You can view your wallet from your seller dashboard or account settings.
Using Your Balance
Your wallet balance can be used to:
- Buy games — Applied automatically at checkout
- Withdraw to bank — Transfer to your IBAN account

How to Withdraw
- Go to your wallet or seller dashboard
- Click "Withdraw"
- Enter the amount (minimum €5)
- First time? Enter your IBAN bank account details
- Confirm the withdrawal

Withdrawals are free, always. We collect your bank details when you make your first withdrawal — not before. Your money arrives in 1-3 business days.

- You provide your IBAN when you request your first withdrawal
- You can update it anytime from your withdrawal settings
- We support bank accounts in EU/EEA countries
Refunds
How Refunds Work
If an order is refunded (dispute resolved in your favour as a buyer, or seller cancels):

Money goes back the way it came. Paid by card? Refund goes to your card. Paid from wallet? Goes back to your wallet.
Common Questions
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All card and bank payments are processed by EveryPay (via Swedbank). We never see or store your full card number.
Can I have a negative wallet balance?
No. Your wallet balance cannot go below zero.
What happens to my wallet if I delete my account?
Withdraw your balance before deleting your account. Any remaining balance will be forfeited after the account deletion grace period (14 days to recover, then 90 days until permanent deletion).
Can I transfer wallet balance to another user?
No. Wallet balances are not transferable between accounts.
Why are my earnings showing as "pending"?
Earnings stay pending during the 2-day buyer dispute window after delivery. Once the window passes without issues, they become available.
I withdrew but have not received the money yet.
Bank transfers take 1-3 business days. If it has been longer, contact us at info@secondturn.games with your withdrawal details.
