1. Find Your Game
Use the search bar or browse game listings. Each listing features the seller's condition grade, actual photos of the item, and details pulled directly from the BoardGameGeek database.
2. Choose How to Buy
Listing types
Listings come in two types:
- Claim this game: Click "Claim this game," pay securely through the platform. The game is shipped to your chosen parcel terminal for a flat €2.00 fee. You are covered by platform payment protection.
- Message seller: Contact the seller directly to arrange payment and delivery. These transactions happen outside the platform and are not covered by platform payment protection.
Pricing formats
Regardless of listing type, sellers choose how to price their games:
- Fixed price: The price is set. Claim it when you're ready.
- Auction: Place your bid before the deadline. Highest bid wins.
3. Review and Checkout (Claim this game)
When you claim games, a separate cart is created for each seller. You check out and pay for each cart individually. At checkout, select your closest parcel terminal (Unisend, Latvijas Pasts, or uDrop) and complete payment.
4. Receive and Check Your Game
Once shipped, your parcel will usually arrive within 1-3 working days. You have 72 hours to collect it from the terminal using the provided PIN code.
Important: You have exactly 2 days after delivery to inspect the game. Open the box, verify the components, and check the condition against the listing.
- If everything is correct, the order auto-completes.
- If the item is damaged, missing pieces, or significantly not as described, click "Report a Problem" on your Orders page before the 2-day window closes to initiate a dispute.
