Shipping Guide

Last updated: February 2026

1. Get Your Code

When a Claim this game order is placed, confirm it in your Seller dashboard within 24 hours. Once confirmed, you will receive a 6-8 character shipping code. No printing is required.

2. Pack the Game Securely

Board games are heavy and prone to corner damage. Follow these golden rules to avoid buyer disputes:

  • Secure the components: Bag loose tokens, rubber-band cards, and fill empty space inside the game box with paper so nothing shifts.
  • Protect the box: Wrap the game box in bubble wrap or kraft paper, paying special attention to the corners.
  • Use an outer box: Never ship a game in just a plastic bag or with the label directly on the game box. Place it inside a sturdy outer cardboard box or padded mailer.
  • Fill the gaps: Use crumpled paper or bubble wrap in the outer box so the game cannot move during transit. Tape all seams securely.

3. Drop Off at the Terminal

You must drop off the package within 2 business days of confirming the order.

  1. Go to any supported terminal (Unisend, Latvijas Pasts, or uDrop). You can save your closest terminal in your Account settings.
  2. Select "Send a parcel" on the screen and enter your shipping code.
  3. Print the shipping label and apply it on the package.
  4. Place your package inside the locker that opens and close the door.
  5. If the locker is too small, select "Choose a bigger locker size" on the screen before closing the door.

Tracking updates automatically on the platform. The buyer will be notified when the parcel arrives at their chosen terminal.
