Buyers pay the listed game price plus a flat €2.00 shipping fee.
- Zero Service Fees: There are no hidden costs or buyer service fees at checkout.
- Payment Methods: You can pay using Visa/Mastercard, Baltic bank links (via EveryPay), or your existing platform wallet balance.
- Split Payments: If you have wallet balance, it applies automatically at checkout. Any remaining amount is charged to your card or bank.
For Sellers
Sellers pay a flat 10% platform commission from each completed Claim this game sale.
- Zero Listing Fees: Creating listings is completely free.
- Shipping Excluded: The commission is calculated only on the item price, never on the shipping fee.
- No Withdrawal Fees: Transferring money from platform wallet to your bank account is always free.
- Contact Seller Listings: No platform fees apply to Message Seller transactions.
Your Platform Wallet
Your wallet is where your seller earnings land.
- Pending Balance: When an order is delivered, funds are held during the 2-day buyer dispute window.
- Available Balance: Once the dispute window passes, funds are available to spend on games or withdraw.
- Withdrawals: You can withdraw available funds (minimum €5) directly to your IBAN bank account at any time. Withdrawals typically take 1-3 business days. Your IBAN is collected securely on your first withdrawal request.
Refunds
If an order is refunded, the money goes back to the original payment method:
- Card/Bank: Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
- Wallet: Refunds to your platform wallet are instant.
- Split payment: Each portion is refunded to its original source.
